This is a great article on some pretty disturbing technologies that can be used to track you and listen into your cell phone outside of your will, even when it’s not in use. Most interesting is this free on-line service that allows anyone to track your movements by the minute. I’m fairly certain this kind of tracking would not be covered by US law restricting wire tapping, but how long until we will require some kind of statute to prevent this?
