Obama’s Biden: Pro-War, Anti-Privacy, Screeder of the RAVE Act

It seems Biden’s senatorial history flies in stark contrast to Obama’s lip service about copyright issues and a more progressive Washington.

In addition to the singly damning fact that Biden wrote the fucking RAVE Act, it seems he’s been a toady for the RIAA and a thorn in the side of privacy activists going so far as being the inspiration for Phil Zimmerman to create PGP encryption. Biden flunked CNETs Tech rating scoring less than a 4 on a 10 point system.

Here’s the new boss, same as the old boss…

  1. i’ve got to wonder. I was shaving this morning and thinking, privacy is a pretty important issue and one totally omitted from our Constitution, b/c 250 years ago things like cameras and wiretaps and email didn’t exist… but among some judges and politicians, there is a movement to eschew privacy because it’s not “strictly” constitutional. is the Chinese-style surveillance state the future?

honestly, you’d think that a politician would be interested in keeping his dirt hidden

  2. In Biden’s defense he has, and remains, a staunch opponent to the FISA revising. As opposed to, you know, his fucking running mate.

  4. Yeah, everyday Obama becomes more and more of a status-quo bootlicker. But Biden at least will not be afraid to go at McCain full-force. Hopefully Obama will keep his leash off and fill his mouth with bees, so when he talks bees will shoot out.
