I’m Going to Skatopia…Maybe.

Here’s a video from the 13th Bowl Bash at Brewce Martin’s Skatopia in Rutland, OH.

These kids are serious dipshits! But the total embrace of carelessness is pretty refreshing, for sure. This is what Burning Man would have been like if it was started in Carbondale… and fueled by meth instead of ecstacy. Wow, I’m selling it to myself!

There’s a new documentary coming out on Skatopia called Skatopia:88 Acres of Anarchy. Here’s the trailer for that:

Apparently the Fagin of this crew of knuckleheads was pretty seriously injured in a tire shop accident last month just prior to the 14th Bowl Bash. He’s out of ICU but I’m sure any financial support would be very helpful. Click Here to Donate to Brewce and Skatopia.

totally, i love it! i especially like the part in the Bowl Bash 13 video where the kid is skating the full pipe and somebody throws a bunch of firecrackers at him. )) ahhh, to be young and thoughtless once again….
