I just watched a flick called Chocolate from Prachya Pinkaew, the Thai Director responsible for some of the most face smashingest Muay Thai movies of all time. It concerns an autistic girl collecting debts, by force, for her cancer stricken mother. That’s correct, the protagonist is a little autistic girl *slash* Muay Thai Bad Ass! This is Muay Thai Melodrama at its finest.
