This week the Vikings investigate the strange "aerial drones" that have been reported appearing over the state of california. These strange little bastards not only look believable and have a solid, convincing tale spun to support their existence and some of the clearest photos ever taken of an alleged U.F.O., but have stirred the collective internet pot with tomes of speculation as to it's existence and, should it be a hoax, how they might be made.
regardless of it's presumed truthiness this is a truly fascinating story to be told. combining sigilization, Paul Laffoley-styled post-physics, and a hell of a collection of documents to support the fascinating claims, if this is a hoax it's the best hoax ever created, if it's not isn't it odd that our initial response to this and any aspect of the numinous these days is to presume it must be part of some cynical marketing campaign. what does that say about our species?
